In this paper , the mechanics model and computer control method for electromagnetism vibration feeder are studied . the emphases are put on the seeking of optical motion states and the realization of these states by computer control . using labview ( laboratory virtual instrument engineering workbench ) , a waveform generator is established to control the electromagnetic force 本文對(duì)電磁振動(dòng)給料機(jī)的力學(xué)模型與計(jì)算機(jī)控制做了比較深入的分析和研究,特別是給料機(jī)的力學(xué)分析與最佳運(yùn)動(dòng)狀態(tài)、電磁鐵的一些特性和用labview實(shí)現(xiàn)計(jì)算機(jī)控制,在與傳統(tǒng)的控制方法對(duì)照的情況下,建立了對(duì)比較周全的力學(xué)模型,提出了利用labview程序產(chǎn)生一個(gè)波形發(fā)生器,經(jīng)過(guò)放大后對(duì)電磁鐵進(jìn)行控制。
